Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and JAY WORKS MANAGEMENT LLC concerning your use of our website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Services
JAY WORKS MANAGEMENT LLC provides property maintenance and remodeling services, including but not limited to drywall installation and repair, plumbing fixture installation, remodeling, apartment renovation, property maintenance, residential painting, power washing, and vinyl flooring installation. All services are subject to a separate service agreement that will detail the specific scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Estimates and Quotes
Estimates provided by JAY WORKS MANAGEMENT LLC are approximations of expected costs based on visible conditions and information provided by the client. Final costs may vary if additional work is required or if conditions change. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- A deposit may be required before work begins, typically 30-50% of the total project cost
- Progress payments may be required for larger projects
- Final payment is due upon completion of the work
- We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
- Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the project cost or $100, whichever is less. Deposits for custom materials that have already been ordered are non-refundable.
Warranties
JAY WORKS MANAGEMENT LLC provides a 1-year warranty on labor for all services performed. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or acts of nature. Manufacturer warranties for materials and products are passed through to the client and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Liability
JAY WORKS MANAGEMENT LLC carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. However, we are not responsible for damage to property that is not directly caused by our work. Clients are advised to secure or remove valuable items from the work area before services begin.
Intellectual Property
All content on the JAY WORKS MANAGEMENT LLC website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JAY WORKS MANAGEMENT LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ohio.
Changes to Terms
JAY WORKS MANAGEMENT LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
