  • The work performed must not meet the agreed-upon specifications
  • You must provide documentation (photos, videos, etc.) showing the issues with the completed work
  • You must allow our team a reasonable opportunity to inspect the work and address any concerns

Refund Process

If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@jayworks.com or call us to explain the issue
  2. Provide your name, service date, and a detailed description of why you're requesting a refund
  3. Include any supporting documentation (photos, videos, etc.)
  4. Allow our team to schedule an inspection of the work (if applicable)
  5. Our management team will review your request and respond within 5 business days

Refund Options

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • Full refund: In cases where the work completely fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications
  • Partial refund: In cases where some aspects of the work are satisfactory
  • Rework: We may offer to correct any issues at no additional cost instead of providing a refund
  • Service credit: We may offer credit toward future services

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Materials that have already been installed or used
  • Services where the client changes their mind after work has been completed according to the original specifications
  • Additional work requested beyond the original scope
  • Consultation fees

Payment of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
